This privacy policy covers any data we collect from you or that you provide to us and the processing of that data. By visiting and providing us with your personal data, you are accepting and consenting to the practices covered by this policy. 2. Where is your information from? We may collect information from your membership application form or by your correspondence with us (email, post, telephone number). Information may also be provided by members about potential new members when introducing them to the Society.

We require this information to contact members to inform them of welfare notices, society events and other matters arising within the society requiring membership's awareness.
